39 Of The Very Best Vegan Cookie Recipes AT ANY TIME!

How do baking biscuits ever be rapid? You normally have to get a scale, carefully measure out all the components, caress the dough to ages, then cut out little cookies in to heart, moon and star shapes and then wait a second century'til they are baked.

NEVER EVER could I bake biscuits under these conditions. That is just not how I roll. But I came across those Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that is what I call them, anyhow.)

Ok, they don't taste just like the biscuits you get round Christmas time. Instead they are a bit more gooey and do not crumble whatsoever.

But what mostly convinced me was that you could have them ready in 25 minutes including the baking time! No shit.

Probably the most astonishing thing about the cookies is that they involve just 2 ingredients! Yep that is correct, and anyone can blend two components.

Though in the event that you want to make them tastier and/or healthier you can pimp them up with a few add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That is Your Choice!

It seems more and more like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody's gont cover me should you consume them), however I must say one more amazing thing about those cookies.

They're tasty! Yep, once I'd had the first I finished the rest within one hour.

They're perfect for hiking trips or other events where you will need a quick energizing snack on the go. Now I keep these as a fast snack in my back pack.

It also has to be mentioned that they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, none of the typical cookie suspects. Just oats and peanuts.

Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies.

Take oats such as. Not only do they decrease your cholesterol levels which consequently helps you stop developing heart disease or diabetes, but they also energize you with good carbohydrates and nutrients to keep you going for more during the day.

These nutrients include manganese, great for bone creation and skin integrity as well as magnesium -- essential for energy generation to cause you to feel fuller

Much like bananas -- the favorite fruit one of athletes -- not only cause they have an adequate number of good carbs but for being the big players in the potassium game.

Potassium is a really important nutrient for avoiding tiredness and muscle cramps. Pretty good if you have a difficult day before you.

As you can see, I'm a big fan.

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 cup rolled oats (oatmeal or porridge oats operate really well)

Optional: Skinny Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies - The Food Charlatan

two tsp cinnamon

1 little handful raisins

1 small handful walnuts, crumbled

1 little handful sesame seeds, toasted

You can add pretty much anything you enjoy!

If you don't have this make sure to wash the baking dish with butter (or olive oil if you are vegan)

To create the cookie contour only grab a spoon and garnish a decent sum from the mixture onto the baking tray like I did in the photo above. It is super quick and easy.

Off it goes into the oven for approximately 15 - 20 minutes.
